Cubic Heating Boiler Sensing and Control Solutions

Thermal Engineering System Solution
Cubic auto-combustion systems integrate self-developed components, including heat exchangers, burners, gas valves, blowers, air and gas flow sensors, and intelligent combustion controllers. The systems enable real-time monitoring and adjustment of the air-to-gas ratio and flow, achieving a maximum thermal efficiency of up to 108%, while significantly reducing NOx and CO emissions. Additionally, the systems can adapt to different gas types including natural gas, hydrogen-blends, biogas and LPG. It can be widely deployed in residential heating scenarios. To further support commercial heating, Cubic developed modular boiler system with customized design and flexible configuration that incorporates more than one single system (2/4/6 integration optional) to meet different working power capacity needs from 65 kW to 120 kW, ensuring stable operation for commercial boilers.

Intelligent Combustion Control Solution
Through strong in-house mass production with advanced production line engineering capabilities, Cubic develops key control components including the condensing heat exchanger, gas valve, venturi pre-mixer, blower, burner head. The intelligent controller, supported by a boiler controller and optional self-cleaning controller and display module, processes the inputs to dynamically adjust the air-to-gas ratio and optimize combustion performance.

Smart Gas Sensing Solution
Based on extensive R&D expertise in gas sensing technologies, Cubic provides self-developed flue gas concentration sensors for CO2, CO, CH4, and O2, which could be integrated into the boiler system to enable automatic adjustment of combustion settings after installation. Additionally, by incorporating TDLAS CH4 sensors alongside electrochemical CO sensors and NDIR CO2 sensors, the system continuously monitors for gas and flue gas leakage within the boiler to enhance safety. The sensors also include integrated flow sensor module which supports precise air-to-gas ratio adjustment and ensures the boiler consistently operates in an optimal combustion state. Furthermore, Cubic self-developed calorific value sensors accurately detect gases including methane, propane, carbon dioxide, and customizable hydrogen blends.
